Terms of sale

1. Seller information — TODO: съдържание от клиента (the association's full legal name, its ЕИК company number, registered seat and correspondence address, a contact person and email).

2. Scope — the shop sells club kit and souvenirs at the prices shown in euro, with the Bulgarian lev equivalent displayed alongside.

3. Placing an order — no account is required. After submitting an order, the customer receives an email with the order number and its contents.

4. Payment — the only payment method is cash on collection in person at the pool. There are no delivery or cash-on-delivery fees.

5. Collection — orders are not shipped by courier; they are handed over in person at the pool. Details are under “Delivery, returns and complaints”.

6. Right of withdrawal — under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

7. Complaints — in case of a manufacturing defect or a mismatch with the order, the customer may file a complaint within the statutory period — by email or in person at the pool.

8. Personal data — processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

9. Changes — the club may amend these terms; orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
