Triton Masters
The men's masters squad of Triton water polo club, Varna. We play international masters tournaments and keep competing long past the age most people hang up the cap.
Who we are
Triton plays international masters tournaments regularly, in Bulgaria and abroad, against teams from Romania, Germany, Turkey and Hungary.
We train at Primorski
The pool at the Primorski swimming complex in Varna is the club's home — training and home matches happen there.
When we train
Saturday and Sunday 10:30–12:00
Coaches
Training is led by Kaloyan Kostadinov, assisted by Mr Rusev.
We are looking for players
We also take new men with water polo experience or serious competitive swimming behind them. There is no upper age limit — there is a requirement for level and for taking training seriously.
The squad has a history
Since 2012 — international tournaments, trophies from Prague and Malta, and a first place at home.
